Terms and Conditions

Any credit purchases over $2,000 will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Cancellations

No cancellations will be accepted if it is within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

Substantial cancellations may affect future orders. If any plants are left unclaimed by the scheduled shipping or pickup date, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order.

Liability

All material is guaranteed to be true to name and in healthy condition at time of pick up.

Claims

All claims must be made within 10 days.

The liability of Briar Rose Nurseries will not exceed the original invoice value.

There is no guarantee expressed or implied as it relates to productivity, liability, or growth rate after plants leave Briar Rose Nursery.
